  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the dressing:
    • 1 cup of mayonnaise
    • ½ cup of sour cream
    • ¼ cup of sugar (you can adjust this to your taste)
    • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

  1. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the chopped broccoli, cauliflower, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and salt until smooth and creamy. This is your dressing.
