Ingredients
  

For the shrimp:
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the salad:
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Creole mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook the shrimp:
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season shrimp with Old Bay and cayenne pepper.
  2. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Let cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine celery, green bell pepper, and red onion.
Make the dressing:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Creole mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Assemble the salad:
  1. Add the cooked shrimp to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately or chill for later.
