Ingredients
  

For the shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the salad:

  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Creole mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the shrimp:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season shrimp with Old Bay and cayenne pepper.
  • Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, combine celery, green bell pepper, and red onion.

Make the dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Creole mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Assemble the salad:

  • Add the cooked shrimp to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately or chill for later.
