Not too far from where I live is a beautiful park with a beautiful rose garden. I’d been wanting to take pictures in the rose garden for quite some time now, but unfortunately by the time I got there, it was already too sunny.

Instead, I found a nice little shady corner with a vine-covered pavilion in the background. Such a lovely little area; it reminded me of the English countryside!

Looking at these photos, I think I may have subconsciously channeled a Snow White vibe without realizing it with my dark hair, pale skin, blue dress, white shirt combo. I love this blue ombre dress. It was on sale online at Urban Outfitters and I knew I HAD to have it. It’s pretty dressy, so I don’t really know when I’ll wear it, but still. I’m not a huge fan of spaghetti straps, so I paired a simple Peter Pan collar blouse underneath. I even painted my nails blue ombre for the occasion!

Annnnd I got this new iPhone case from caseable. It has roses and a pretty chevron print and is made from recycled materials, so it has that cool recycled material texture and well it was love at first sight ♥

Too much love for everything today, y’all! Because life’s too short to spend it sulking the day away, you hear??

Lastly, a quick funny story: midway through me taking these outfit pictures, I glanced by the pavilion and realized there were a bunch of dog walkers sitting inside and watching me. Always an adventure! Ha.
